Andrea Borgman-Quist teaches private and group Pilates classes, both on the mat and the

Allegro Reformer, at the Monterey sports Center.  She also offers Pilates Teacher Training

classes, both for mat and reformer.  Teacher Training classes will be held in the Spring and
